How do I track my order?

Orders are shipped within 2 business days, once shipped you will receive a tracking code. You can track your order on the following website:

Make sure to check your spam folder if you haven't received the tracking code within 2 business days.

What are your shipping fees?

For orders over $59 we offer free worldwide shipping.

The shipping fee depends on weight and volume, we vacuum our stuffed toys to make them smaller and cheaper to ship. Shipping fees are calculated on the checkout page.

Where do you ship to?

We provide worldwide shipping to most areas in the world, however, due to security reasons, we can’t deliver to military zones. We also do not ship to South Africa and some countries in Latin America.

How long does it take to deliver?

7-10 Business Days to the USA

5-7 Business Days to the UK

10-12 Business Days to Canada

6-9 Business Days to Australia

7-12 Business Days to New Zealand

7-10 Business Days to Europe

How is the product packaged?

Stuffed animals are vacuum sealed to reduce volume and shipment fees. After the vacuuming process the product is packed in a cardboard box and shipped.

Why were my products shipped separate?

Stuffed animals come in many shapes and sizes. To reduce the overall size of your order and keep shipment cost low we often ship in separate boxes.

Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped?

Sorry after the order has been shipped we can no longer cancel your order. We do however offer a full refund if you wish to return your order.

Do you have deals for larger quantities?
