How do I track my order?
Orders are shipped within 2 business days, once shipped you will receive a tracking code. You can track your order on the following website:
Make sure to check your spam folder if you haven't received the tracking code within 1-4 business days.
What are your shipping fees?
For orders over $59 we offer free worldwide shipping.
The shipping fee depends on shipping address, weight and volume of your order, we vacuum our stuffed toys to make them smaller and cheaper to ship. Shipping fees are calculated on the checkout page.
Where do you ship to?
We provide worldwide shipping to most areas in the world, however, due to security reasons, we can’t deliver to military zones. We also do not ship to South Africa and some countries in Latin America.
How long does it take to deliver?
7-10 Business Days to the USA
5-7 Business Days to the UK
10-12 Business Days to Canada
6-9 Business Days to Australia
7-12 Business Days to New Zealand
7-10 Business Days to Europe

My package seems stuck in transit, what should I do?
If your package hasn’t moved for a while, it’s often a good idea to contact the postal service or delivery provider directly with your tracking number. They can provide more specific updates or help resolve the issue.

How do you handle delayed deliveries?
If your order is delayed, we’re here to help! You can choose to have it reshipped for free or request a full refund. We’ll also do our best to work with the delivery service to resolve the issue quickly.

How is the product packaged?
Stuffed animals are vacuum sealed to reduce volume and shipment fees. After the vacuuming process the product is packed in a courier bag or cardboard box and shipped.
Why were my products shipped separate?
Our product, especially stuffed animals come in many shapes and sizes. To reduce the overall size of your order and keep shipment cost low we sometimes ship in separate bags or boxes.
Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped?
Sorry after the order has been shipped we can no longer cancel your order. We do however offer a full refund if you wish to return your order.
